These Terms and Conditions apply to all gift vouchers issued by Mulch Healthcare  

(ABN 43 663 384 316) trading as Aesthetics@Alike (Alike). 

1. General Use

1.1. Gift vouchers can be redeemed for goods and services offered at Alike, including cosmetic and aesthetic treatments, skincare products, and consultations. 

1.2. Vouchers are not redeemable for cash, nor can they be refunded or exchanged, unless required by law. 

1.3. Partial redemption is allowed. The remaining balance will stay on the voucher until expiry. 

1.4. If the total cost exceeds the voucher value, the balance must be paid using another accepted payment method. 

2. Expiry Date and Validity

2.1. Vouchers are valid for at least 3 years from the date of issue, in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law. 

2.2. The expiry date is clearly stated on the voucher. 

2.3. Vouchers will not be accepted after the expiry date. 

2.4. The voucher cannot be reissued or extended once expired. 

3. Fees and Charges

3.1. No additional fees apply for the activation, maintenance, or redemption of the voucher. 

3.2. Replacement vouchers may incur an administrative fee if lost, stolen, or damaged, subject to discretion. 

4. Booking and Usage Conditions

4.1. Some services may require advance booking and are subject to availability. 

4.2. Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, discounts, or special offers unless stated otherwise. 

4.3. Alike reserves the right to refuse treatment where medically contraindicated, or where client suitability criteria are not met following clinical assessment, or where in its discretion it considers the treatment is not suitable. 

5. Lost or Stolen Vouchers

5.1. Lost or stolen vouchers will not be replaced unless proof of purchase and voucher number are provided. 

5.2. You are responsible for the security of the voucher. 

6. Consumer Guarantees

6.1. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including guarantees that services will be provided with due care and skill. 

7. Liability

7.1. To the extent permitted by law, Alike is not liable for any loss or damage arising from lost or stolen vouchers, or any unauthorised use. 

8. Privacy

8.1. Personal information collected in relation to gift vouchers will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). 

9. Changes to Terms

9.1. Alike reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions without notice, provided that such changes do not breach applicable laws. Any changes to these terms will be recorded on our website.
