Ultrasound-Guided Treatment Correction
A Measured Approach to Restoring Natural Harmony
At Aesthetics At Alike, we understand that not all cosmetic experiences leave clients feeling their best. Whether you’ve had previous facial contouring or volume restoration treatments elsewhere that no longer suit your features, or you’re experiencing concerns such as unevenness or migration, we offer a medically guided solution.
We approach all corrective treatments with care, subtlety, and respect for your natural features. Our goal is always to restore balance and confidence — not to overcorrect.
Led by Specialist Dr Elizabeth Thompson, our clinic uses ultrasound technology to visualise product beneath the skin, allowing for highly accurate, targeted treatment. This modern, medically guided approach supports safer outcomes and minimises guesswork — particularly in delicate or complex areas.Whether you’re looking to restore balance, address asymmetry, or simply return to a more natural look, our approach is always conservative, precise, and personalised to you.
Commonly Treated Areas Include:
- Lips
- Cheeks
- Chin
- Under-eye (tear trough) area
- Nasolabial folds
- Jawline
- Marionette lines
- Perioral region (around the mouth)
- Areas with product migration or uneven texture
What to Expect
Ultrasound technology allows us to safely and accurately assess the location of previously administered cosmetic products beneath the skin. During the procedure, a handheld ultrasound device is gently moved across the treatment area to provide a detailed, real-time view of the underlying tissue. This imaging enables the practitioner to:
- Visualise the location and depth of product
- Identify any irregularities or migration
- Safely guide the dissolving agent to the exact area, minimising risk to surrounding structures (if medically appropriate after)
Expert Care. Evidence-Based Approach.
All procedures are performed in a clinical setting by a qualified medical practitioner with advanced training in ultrasound-guided aesthetics.
