Booking Terms and Conditions

At Aesthetics at Alike, we are committed to providing you with the highest level of care and professionalism. To ensure a seamless experience for all our clients, please carefully read and understand the following booking terms and conditions.


Clinic Hours

Treatment Hours:

  • Monday: 10:30am – 5:00pm

  • Wednesday & Thursday: 9:30am – 4:00pm

Dr Elizabeth Thompson
Treatment Hours:

  • Monday & Thursday: 1:00pm – 4:00pm (by appointment only)


Booking Fees

To confirm your booking, an upfront fee is required:

  • Amy Bowen: $75 booking fee — deducted from your treatment cost.

  • Dr Liz Thompson (including PRP/non-injectables): $150 consultation fee — deducted from your treatment cost.

Please note: All booking fees are non-refundable in the event of short-notice cancellations or no-shows.


Cancellation Policy

To respect both your time and ours, the following cancellation fees apply:

  • Short notice (within 48 hours): 25% of your total treatment fee

  • Late cancellation (within 24 hours): 50% of your total treatment fee

  • No-show: 100% of your total treatment fee


Appointment Communications

You will receive the following communication:

  • One-time SMS booking confirmation at the time of booking.

  • Reminder 96 hours prior to your appointment.

  • Email containing instructions, consent forms, and a pre-appointment health questionnaire (especially for Dr Liz’s clients).

Health Check Questions Include:

  • List all skincare products used in the last 6 weeks.

  • Have you undergone any peels, lasers, ultrasound treatments, facial tattoos, or injectable procedures in the last 3 months?

  • Have you used Galderma Alastin or Murad products? If so, please list them.


Dr Thompson’s Appointment Protocol

Dr Thompson sees clients on Monday & Thursday between 1:00pm – 4:00pm only. All new clients must complete the three-step appointment process:

First Appointment – Consultation Only

  • Duration: 30 minutes

  • Fee: $150 (no referral or Medicare rebate required)

  • Includes medical photography (6 positions) by front-of-house team. Photos are confidential and not for marketing.

  • Please bring:

    • A favourite photo of yourself

    • A headband

    • A shirt that can be lowered to reveal collarbones/neck

    • Consider: What makes you feel beautiful? What do you love about your face?

Second Appointment – Potential Treatment

  • Duration: 45 minutes

  • You will be informed of the proposed treatment and pricing at least one week prior, via text, email, or phone (communicated by Dr Liz through Zenoti).

Third Appointment – Follow-up & Review

  • Duration: 30 minutes

  • Photos retaken

  • Complimentary care or further treatment as required (unless there is a significant change in treatment plan)

All three appointments must occur within one month of the initial consultation.
Dr Liz reserves the right to cancel or deny treatment if the client is not suitable for a therapeutic relationship.


Prescription & Script Policy

Prescriptions are required for all injectable treatments (toxins or fillers).

  • Nurse injector appointments requiring scripts will only occur when a prescribing doctor is onsite.

  • Scripts are created by the nurse in Zenoti and signed off by the doctor.

  • All scripts are recorded in our S4 logbook and reviewed monthly.

  • Scripts are valid for six months from the date of issue for the same client and same substance.

    • Any adjustments or new products require a new script.


Prescribing Doctor Availability

  • Monday: 10:00am – 4:30pm

  • Wednesday: 10:00am – 4:30pm

  • Thursday: 10:00am – 4:30pm

(Availability subject to change with advance notice.)


Future Availability

Select appointments may be offered on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays in the near future.
Clients will be notified as these become available.
